Good quality, fast shipping
I ordered the KPL Original Knife Oil and a KPL Microfiber Cloth. The ordering process was really straightforward on their website, no issues there. Shipping was quite fast; I received my package in about 3 days to Texas. The oil works great on my EDC knives, made a noticeable difference in smoothness. The cloth is also good for general cleaning. I haven't had to contact support, so can't comment on that. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the products seem high quality.
Reliable as always
This was my third time ordering from KPL, I needed to restock my KPL Original Knife Oil and decided to try the KPL Cleaning Swabs this time. Just like my previous orders, everything was packaged well and arrived on time, about 4 days to California. The oil is consistently good, always improves the action on my knives. The swabs are also handy for getting into tight spots. I keep coming back because their products are reliable and the shipping is consistent. No surprises, which is exactly what I want.
Decent product, slow processing
I picked up the KPL Pivot Lube Bundle last month. The oils are excellent, especially the Ultra-Light, which really helped a sticky flipper. The price for the bundle was fair given what you get. My only minor gripe was that it took almost two full business days for my order to even ship out after I placed it. Once it shipped, delivery was standard, about four days to Ohio. Customer service wasn't needed, which is good, but the initial processing could definitely be a bit faster. Still, I'd probably buy from them again for the quality of the lube.
